The Heard-Craig Center for the Arts, a SMITHSONIAN AFFLIATE MUSEUM and 2020 Top Rated Non-Profit, will be showcasing a FREE Exhibit entitled, VOTES FOR WOMEN – A PORTRAIT OF PERSISTENCE. The Exhibit is organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service in collaboration with the National Portrait Gallery. The project received support from the Smithsonian American Women’s History Initiative. The Exhibit corresponds with the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment and all are welcome.
