On the wall of the McKinney Post Office (now the Collin County History Museum) is a mural by artist Frank Klepper. On the walls of the McKinney Heard-Craig Center for the Arts are beautiful original works by the artist himself. Gracing the Center for a special exhibit during June and July, 2019, will be over 20 more Klepper art pieces from the collections of private McKinney residences.
