During 2021, the Heard-Craig Center shared a beautiful Pysanky exhibit with 100% of the proceeds donated to Ukrainian relief efforts. This year, 2023, we are able to share a local egg exhibit by Artist, Sharon Gillespie. Each egg is Fabrege-like and all eggs were handcarved out of eggshells (Goose Eggs, Ostrich Eggs, etc.) All of the flowers and embellishments on the egss were also done out of eggshells with each piece more stunning than the one before it.
This is one of the most AMAZING exhibits you'll find in this area and so we hope you will come swing by to see this - you won't believe your eyes that these are eggshells!
The exhibit is FREE for Heard-Craig Members.
