Join us for our Fall Granddaughter Tea featuring a short program on Modern Art Masterpieces.
Attendees will have time to create their own Modern Masterpiece using a template from the modern art pieces of Artist, Paul Klee. Klee was known for saying "A drawing is simply a line going for a walk." His use of color and symbols within his work are part of his signature style.
The modern art that Tea attendees will create and take home will be a frameable piece of either Klee's "Women in Native Costume" piece (1940), "Clown" piece (1927), or "Figure in the Garden" piece (1937).
After the short program, attendees will have a light lunch, tea and desserts in the Main Museum. For more information or to book a large school group or church group for this tea, contact the Heard-Craig Center at 972-569-6909.
