We hope you'll join us for our 16th Granddaughter Tea, held inside the elegant Heard-Craig Center for the Arts. This Tea will showcase Stained Glass windows.
We will begin with a short reading of the book "Come Spring", by mosaic artist, Brenda Pokorny. Ms. Pokorny lives in Mooresville, North Carolina, holds a degree from Miami University in fine arts and textile design, and has launched her own design studio. She now creates mosaics with richness of color and beauty. Her "Come Spring" book is a tribute to her 2 grandfathers who were gardeners. both of her Grandfathers inspired in her a love of nature. She hopes that her book brings warmth and wonder to the Granddaughters who attend this tea.
After the book reading, everyone will enjoy breakfast and tea.
