Every year, the Heard-Craig Center in downtown McKinney hosts several Mother/Daughter and Granddaughter Teas. The April 27, 2019 Granddaughter breakfast will once again feature a short program and art project, followed by breakfast and tea in the Main House. This is a lovely and beautiful way to spend a special morning with your your daughter or granddaughter. The details are shown below:
Quilt Block Word Search. Reading of the book "The Kindness Quilt". Fine Art Project: Create your own fine art piece of a Quilt Pattern (choose from the Flying Geese, the Shoo Fly, The Ohio Star, or the Lonestar, for example). Take your Fine Art piece home for framing.
